I must say, the aesthetic of this bridal lounge was absolutely amazing; however, the customer service was 0/100. This space was rented for my wedding day, and from the moment we walked through the entrance, there was no warm welcome or sense of hospitality. Unfortunately, what should have been a beautiful and memorable experience quickly became one that I will never forget for the wrong reasons. Because we were being rushed and ultimately kicked out, I was unable to take pictures with my bridesmaids—something that I will never have the opportunity to get back. Those are once-in-a-lifetime moments for a bride, and it was extremely disappointing to have that experience overshadowed by the way we were treated. Throughout our time there, our attendant sat behind the desk and was neither friendly nor welcoming. The energy was so noticeable that our entire bridal party and even our vendors commented on it. It was not just my perception; multiple people who were present noticed the attitude and lack of hospitality. As we realized that we might go over our scheduled time, I was completely willing to pay the additional fee outlined in the contract. I even had my maid of honor ask about extending our rental for an additional hour, and we were initially told that it would be okay. However, the situation quickly became uncomfortable and confrontational. The bridal attendant began packing up our belongings in a manner that felt angry and disrespectful, despite the fact that I was willing to pay for the additional time. What was even more upsetting was the experience of getting into my wedding dress. As a bride, having someone assist you with your dress should feel special and supportive. Unfortunately, the attendant appeared impatient and visibly irritated while helping me. I had no other option at that moment because my bridesmaids were still getting dressed, so I had to rely on her assistance. Having someone help prepare me for one of the most important moments of my life while displaying an attitude that made it feel as though they did not want to be there was incredibly upsetting. A bride should never have to feel uncomfortable, rushed, or unwelcome on her wedding day—especially after paying for a space specifically intended to create a beautiful experience for such an important occasion. While the space itself is beautiful and aesthetically pleasing, the customer service completely took away from what should have been a special experience. Unfortunately, the memories of feeling rushed, uncomfortable, and unwelcome—and missing out on precious pictures with my bridesmaids—are memories I cannot get back. For these reasons, I would not recommend this bridal suite. I would, however, like the opportunity to speak directly with the owner to discuss my experience and how this situation was handled.
